1976 dry-mounted and plaqued photo of Mike Love of the Beach Boys visiting Roger Ashby and the CHUM radio crew in Toronto, originally hung at the CHUM Yonge St. Also included is a ticket stub from their concert at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) on September 4, 1976. Office was demolished in 2016, and was the station's home for 50 years until 2009, playing host to musical figures such as Paul McCartney, Elton John, Frank Zappa, Supertramp, the Bay City Rollers and the Osmonds. Dimensions: Dry-mounted photo is 19" x 19" and ticket is 3" x 1.25".
Excellent condition; notable edgewear throughout including some scratches and scuffs. Ticket is in good condition with creasing throughout, as well as some notable surface paper loss on the back from being removed from a scrapbook. Residual wear in visible on both the front and back. Hole has been punched through the ticket as well as an entry rip. Please see photos, listed condition is not professionally graded.
