My wife and I attended this show together, and it turns out some of our friends were there as well. One of those friends was a luthier who worked at Collings Guitars here in Austin. He had actually built the guitar Lyle was playing that night.

After the show, he asked if we wanted to go back and meet Lyle. Of course, we said yes. It was an incredible experience to get that behind-the-scenes connection to the performance. My wife even had her jacket signed and received a backstage pass that night-but those personal pieces are staying with us. This ticket represents more than just admission to a concert.
