Authentic The Beatles concert ticket stub. Date was August 18, 1965.

I'd say it's in fair condition for it's age. It does have some condition issues to note. Stub has some bends and creases throughout and some curling at the edges. There are a couple of water spots and small amount of discoloration on it on the front and back. Stub is kind of curved in the middle - doesn't lay flat-- shown in pictures.
